KeepyPeepy started as a simple frustration turned into a solution: too many good groceries forgotten in the back of the fridge until it was too late. We're a small team of home cooks, budget-watchers, and slightly obsessive label-readers who got tired of tossing food (and money) in the trash — so we built the pantry companion we wished we'd had all along.

KeepyPeepy was built on a simple principle: your kitchen is your business. This policy explains, in plain language, how the app handles information — and the short version is that it doesn't collect any.
KeepyPeepy collects nothing. There are no user accounts, no sign-up forms, no names, no email addresses, and no location data requested or gathered. Every pantry item, expiry date, recipe note, and grocery list you enter is created and stored entirely on your own device.
Since no information is collected, none is used, analyzed, aggregated, or sold. There is nothing for us to study, no usage analytics feeding back to us, and no profile built about you or your habits. Every feature runs entirely on-device using only what you've typed in.
All app data — your fridge inventory, pantry items, freezer contents, shopping lists, and preferences — is stored locally in the app's storage on your phone or tablet. There is no cloud account, no remote database, and no background syncing of your personal data to any server we operate.
KeepyPeepy does not integrate third-party analytics platforms, advertising networks, or tracking SDKs. No external company receives information about how you use the app, what you store in it, or how often you open it.
Because your information never leaves your device, the greatest security protection is architectural: there is no central database to breach and no transmission to intercept. We keep on-device processes minimal and self-contained to reduce any exposure to outside interference.
KeepyPeepy does not knowingly or unknowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children under the age of 13. As no data collection mechanisms exist anywhere in the app, there is nothing to gather from any user regardless of age, in keeping with the spirit of COPPA.
You are always in complete control of your information. Every item, list, and note lives only on your device, so deleting the app removes all associated data instantly and permanently. There are no cloud backups, no linked accounts, and no residual copies stored anywhere by us.
We may occasionally update this policy to reflect new features or clarify existing practices. Any changes will be posted here with a revised Effective Date at the top of the page, so you can always see when it was last updated.
